Hi Everyone!

Mommy is not very happy with me this week. I had a wonderful week last week, and this week has been awful. We did not make it to lapsit, because I was in one of my moods. I was terrible for Mommy in Target on Wednesday. I threw an actual temper tantrum. I did the same thing to Grammy on Thursday when we went to Lowe's. Mommy still and will always love me, but I have not been a good boy this week :( I have been sleeping good though ! :)

Mommy had to make brownies for her students, so Daddy said he would help (actually Daddy made them). Mommy gave me a few things to play with and I was as happy as I could be. I might be a future cook. I get that from my Daddy.

Well, I am very tired. We are going to see Uncle Dave and Aunt Melissa on Sunday! Maybe, we will blog about that!!! Love, Niko

Hi Everyone,

Daddy had two days off from work this weekend. I really enjoyed having Daddy home this weekend. We even let Mommy go shopping by herself. I stayed home with Daddy and we played with my dancing sheep and Christmas Tree. Grammy Christine came over on Saturday, and we had a great time. I showed her all my new moves. Daddy and I have really bonded this weekend. He is an okay guy!

On Sunday, Mommy went to take a shower and Daddy had to keep me busy with something. I was banging on the bathroom door. I DO NOT like when Mommy leaves all of the sudden. In the mornings, that is okay because she is sneaky and she turns on "Martha Speaks" and sneaks out and goes to work. If I know Mommy is close by and I can't see her, I am not happy! Anyway, Daddy picked me up and we started playing this machine. Daddy calls it his piano. I loved it! Daddy was very impressed with my skills.

The rest of the day consisted of a nap and grocery shopping. I am really good at Giant Eagle. Mommy and Daddy go into the store for an hour and a half , and I never complain - pretty good for me huh?

Now, I am nestled in my crib - thinking about my piano concerts in the future. We will update soon. Good Night! Love, Niko

Hi Everyone,

Mommy is sorry that I have not updated the blog. She had a rough week. We almost lost one of our cats. Sophie, the champion chewer, almost died because she chewed on one of my bath toys and swallowed it. She had to have some major surgery but she is doing okay. Mommy and I visited her in the hospital the day she had the surgery - Mommy said she was grounded for a year, I was glad it wasn't me. Mommy explained to me that before I came along her kitties were like her kids, and that they still are, I guess we have a pretty big family :)

I have been a really good boy this week. Mommy has had a lot of fun with me at night, because I have been in good moods. I am blowing kisses, walking all over the place, just having a good time.

Last Sunday, I went to my first birthday party. It was a girl's birthday party, there was a lot of pink. I was so good and happy. Mommy was SO proud of me. Other kids were taking toys away from me, and I did not get mad. I was "running" in an open space in the room. I was really tired though and Mommy said we needed to go. On Monday, we went to lapsit at the library. I did pretty good. I had my famous moments, but overall, I did well - I was really tired. We came home and I fell asleep on my daddy. Mommy thought it was cute.

I am still teething. I am stuffed up and drooling a lot. Mommy thinks she found the tooth coming in. I only had a few bad nights last week, but this week I am sleep really well. Mommy and I will try to update the blog again this weekend! Love, Niko

Home and Garden show 2009

Hi Everyone,

Daddy had to work last Sunday, so Grammy and Mommy took me to the Home and Garden Show. It was a tradition when Mommy was little to go with her Grandma and Mommy (Grammy), so we decided to continue the tradition. It was very busy at the Home and Garden show. I was in a flirty mood, and most of the women enjoyed my kisses ;) I only had one meltdown and that was at the end. Mommy and Grammy were very proud of my behavior.

Not too much going on here. I feel much better this week, but I still have the poops. It is either the bug that mommy said I got, or teething, or maybe the milk. Mommy said I am a big mystery to her. I like to keep her in suspense. I do have a really ouchie tushie. Mommy feels really bad when I have a poopie diaper - I scream when she changes me. It is getting better - Mommy puts tons of cream on me.

I am walking a lot now. I mostly walk now. Crawling is for babies! Mommy has been enjoying my new experiences. Well, I need to go take an unexpected nap #2. Have a good night! Niko

Hello Everyone,

Mommy said I could only type for a little while. I have been sick for three days! I actually threw up on Monday night. Mommy, Daddy, and I survived our first puke experience. If anyone knows my Mommy, she is deathly afraid of anything coming out of one's mouth. She did well though. She told Daddy that I got sick, and they both took my sheet off. My favorite part was when they called Grammy. Grammy and I have been hanging out for a two days. Her and Grampy took me to the doctor, and she said I have a stomach virus. No milk for me! She said just Pedilyte. The part that stinks - I can't have Grammy's homemade food for awhile. I have to eat oatmeal. Mommy is very sad that I am sick. I usually greet her in the morning with a smile and standing up in my crib, not for the past two days, I just stay lying down. She also has to go to work. She teaches at a school with no subs. Since she took 11 weeks off last year - she is really trying to have a perfect attendance this year. If I kept throwing up, she would be home with me. I have been cool, calm and collective these past two days. Just hanging out on laps. I even gave Daddy some laptime when he came home tonight. So say a little sick prayer for me tonight.
