Hi Everybody,

Boy, did I have a busy weekend! It was fun - but very busy!! On Friday, Mommy took me to the the Park. It was a wonderful day - so Mommy decided to take me to the Park. Of course, I loved it, and threw a fit when we left. Mommy saw me turning a little red on my head and arms and thought we should leave. We were there for 45 min.

On Saturday, Mommy and I went to the The Little Gym. I LOVED it! Mommy knew I would. I had so much fun. Mommy signed me up for 8 more classes. Those 8 classes will take us right to when Mommy starts her summer break. We will probably take the summer off and go back to the Little Gym in the Fall. I could only get in a hour nap. Mommy had to wake me up, so we could take Daddy his lunch. Mommy figured I would take an afternoon nap, but guess what? I surprised her - I did not take a nap. It was a long afternoon for Mommy and I. I was good - but I really should have taken one more nap.

On Sunday, my great Aunt Donna turned 50. We went to her Birthday Party. I had sooo much fun with my second cousins. I ran around and then ate my pasta. I was a very good boy for Mommy and Daddy. They are very proud of me. I did nap on the way home. They even took me into Giant Eagle and I did not wake up until they were almost done shopping.

Today, I did turn 16 months. I have been walking since 13 months. I am trying to feed myself - using a fork and spoon. I have no problems with a sippy cup. I will take Mommy or Daddy's hand and lead them to where I want to go. I know where my toes are. I like to sing ABC. There are some negatives / or learning experiences. I pinch and bite. The temper tantrums are still there, but we are handling them. I have become stranger weary and clingy to Mommy. Mommy always tell people how good I am - and I am. I have moments, but Mommy really enjoyed her Spring Break with me. Now she has to go back to school! Have a good Night!! Love, Niko

Hi Everyone,

Mommy and I are having a great week. She only sent me to Miss Kathie's once this week, because Mommy needed to clean and get her car fixed. Mommy told Miss Kathie she would keep me home for the rest of the week. I know Mommy misses me too much when I am away and it is a lot work to get me and Mommy ready for the day. So we lounge in our PJS a little longer, and decide what to do with the day.

I have been in a better mood for the past couple days. Faye Ann, my babysitter for when Mommy and Daddy go out at night - said I was really good for her. I am in a new phase where I freak when Mommy leaves. Mommy knows I will only cry for a couple minutes, but it is still hard to listen too. Faye Ann handled me very well, and gave Mommy and Daddy a great report. I also slept until 7:00am this morning. Mommy was worried that there was something wrong. Mommy is also going to put me back on the bottle. I really miss my morning bottle, and Mommy thinks I would do better if I went back to my morning bottle. She is not too sure about the night bottle. I am doing okay without it.

Mommy and I decided to do a fashion show this morning. She dressed me for a Tribe Game :) I hope you enjoy the pictures. Friday we are going to the Zoo. I am so excited!!! Love, Niko

Hi Everyone,

Yes, I am still in a mood. Mommy is thinking it is teething, but a tooth has not popped through yet. Mommy and I manage my moods, we just go with the flow of the day and she has very good patience with me. My sleeping schedule has been really off. I have a new wake up time - 5:30am! I started this new time on the first day of Mommy's Spring Break. I do go down for naps earlier though. My naps begin at 8:30 or 9:00 and sleep for a good 3 hours. My tummy doesn't hurt, but I have had VERY poopie diapers. So bad, it requires a bath after I poop :) Mommy is hoping for a new tooth after going through all this :)

This weekend, we celebrated Mommy's Easter. Daddy and Niko's Easter is next Sunday. Mommy and I dyed eggs on Saturday, and I also helped her clean. On Sunday, Mommy surprised me with an Easter Basket. I got a Snoopy Bunny and a book. Just a few pieces of candy. Mommy is trying very hard to keep me away from candy. But, it was Easter and she let me have a couple bites of candy. I really liked the PB Egg. That was my favorite. I got cards from all my grandparents, and grammy gave me some toys and brand new Indians Outfits! Go TRIBE :) I was very good at Grammy and Grampys. I wasn't too sure of my surroundings at first, but did okay for the rest of the visit. I was so tired that I had a hard time falling asleep last night. It was a very busy day.

Mommy is hoping to update the blog a couple times this week. She is on Spring Break and we have a few things planned - like another trip to the Zoo and maybe the park :) Have a good Monday!! Love, Niko

Hi Everyone,

My mood has been unusual lately. Mommy cannot figure me out. I am always a mystery to her, and I kind of like it ;) I was pretty good for Baba Christine this past Saturday. We have a lot of fun going outside. I showed Mommy on Sunday what I like to do outside. I go to my favorite tree and put the stranded pinecones under that tree. They need a home too!

My sleeping routine has really been off. I was up from 9pm to 11pm on Saturday night. Mommy was getting really interested in a movie and then I was ready to get up and spend some time with her. This morning I woke up my parents at 4:30am. I was ready to party :) Mommy gave Daddy big Kudos this morning. He went into my room and changed my diaper and dressed me. WOW! Then he started Mommy's car and got the snow off. Daddy even stopped at the store and bought diapers for Miss Kathie's. He is not even in trouble! What a kind daddy. Anyway, Mommy thinks I am teething, but Grammy does not feel anything. We will see in a couple of weeks. I am excited, Mommy starts her Spring Break on Wednesday and I will stay home with her on Thursday. I will go to Miss Kathie's on Friday and couple days next week - but at least Mommy and I can spend some time together :)
